Will you deal with my local council and apply for a building warrant or planning on my behalf ?

Yes, we have our own Architect who will draw your plans for your conversion and we will then send them off with your building warrant application to your council, this will be included in your fixed price.

How long will the Garage Conversion work take ?

A typical conversion will normally only take 7-10 days, in most cases we can fully complete your conversion in 7 working days. We will concentrate and work on your conversion until its fully completed.

How much will the Garage Conversion cost ?

Our garage conversions start at around £5,950, our average costs are around £7000 for a single garage conversion.

What are the benefits of a Garage Conversion ?

Are my local council informed ?

We inform the local building control department of your council of the intended conversion under a building control notice. As part of general building regulations, they will then send out a building control officer to inspect and monitor the garage conversion as the work gets underway.

Yes.You will be shown a copy of our insurance details with every quotation.

Who will be carrying out my Garage Conversion ?

The construction of your garage conversion is carried out by our time served tradesmen and your project will be overseen by our own Project Manager with whom will be dealing directly with you, the customer.

Are your costings fixed costs or estimates ?

Our proposals fully detail all works to be carried out and the quotation is a fixed costing, including waste removal and local authority building notice. There are no hidden costs.
